All I am is sick & so very twisted,
How many more faults of mine can be listed,
My thoughts are black inside my mind,
I can hear the axes as they continue to grind.
All I see when I close my eyes,
Are devils flying through the skies,
All I can hear ringing in my ears,
Are all of my scary & terrifying fears.
My head is filled with so much hate,
It really messes with my mental state,
I have not thought straight for so long,
To this world I dont think I belong.
From things that have happened to me,
I have let demons dance on my grave in glee,
I can not function like the rest if the world,
As I am one sick & twisted girl.
I have been dealt a blow, a curse,
I never thought things would get so worse,
I thought I would be able to handle it,
But it is killing me bit by bit.

| I really like this, well-written and emotional bit of personal pain. I know the feeling of feeling cursed. I feel it all the time and poetry gets darker then - confronting demons with words and sharing them shows strength of will. Tiffany J. (Red_October) |
