Moments that should
differences make
don't
where they should
lacking, I
said it was in fact
love
like idealism
and I got comfortable
self-loathing
like it felt good
and couldn't cut
my comfort off
so I smothered myself
in frustration
that
doesn't contented make
and choices
freshly baked
don't taste
as good as I thought they would

I know how that all feels :(
Nicely written though.

Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.
