In the protection of the walls around my heart
There lies something youll never see
Scars and wounds youve never seen
Around my body and my heart
Inflicted by your broken love
Wounds that wont go away
Tears fall down my face
Damned for my life
To lie in these walls, never to see the light
Afraid of getting hurt again
I try not to fall in love with any men
Try and break my tortured soul
And me back into the light
Where my hopes and dreams will come back
To give me another chance
