Inadequate Existence I'm wasting my life. If I ceased to exist, "Would that be so bad?" I miss all the Good things & Positive times, i've never had. I'd rather be alone in this world and have absolutely noone there, So my family wouldn't have to worry for me, and complicate thier lives so much, with having to care..

Gut gemacht. Well done. I have thought about that myself. And as for your opening description of the poem, I agree, and I don't believe that we truly have free thought in the pure sense of the term. I believe everything we think and do is guided and practically forced by our experiences in childhood and that those experiences give us a very narrow view of options to choose from. Good poem. |
