Suicide sounds sharp.

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Today in assembly Mr. Watson spoke of war.
Those that will die today and those who died before.
He said each life is precious and he made me want to cry.
He spoke with such expression that it left me teary eyed.

He said to respect those fighters, who died for our freedom!
He spoke of a son who died in his dads arms bleeding.
He said 1000 lives is a just statistic while one death is the worst.
That one death will save a million, and life precious and we shouldnt hurt.

That, they died for our freedom,
And every one has worth!
He said on Thursday at 11:00 well stand silent,
And think of those in discomfort.

I sat listening to him today.
And the life is precious bit hit hard!
Im still going out on Saturday,
But, the thought of ending things feels too sharp!

I liked this a lot. People don't realize the worth of one single life. Our soldiers are dying left and right to save us, and here we are still killing ourselves literallt or with drugs. People don't value life an more. It is not replacable, and no matter how hard you've got it, there is some one out there who has it much worse actually trying to better themselves. This was a very good and inspiraational write!
