If I have to wait
Till I’m eighty eight
Then I’ll just wait
Cause then I’ll see
Just how important
You really will be
Each moment I spend
With you in my arms
Will be a moment that I cherish
Till the day that I die
This chance you gave me
Has made me happier
Than I’ll ever be
That kiss I received
How little it may be
Helped me see
Just how special
You really will be
So please
Do not leave me
Stay with me
And together
We’ll wait and see
What we will be
And cherish together
What we will see
Cause waiting for you
Will never be a problem for me
