I dont understand what is wrong
searching?
searching for what?
looking for what?
trying to please who?
trying to be what?
am i freaked out
am i going out of my senses
am i not in any way connected
am i on the narrow road with lot's of bending
am i sealed with the seal of hopelessness
am i counted as one with no vision, dreams or aspiration
in a world of plenty am i left wanting
holding on to emptiness
bounded by the horrows of failure
falling out of tune from the messages of life
confused by love, lust and freedom
the wounds of a heart desire unmet
yet i search day and night in time and in thought
for peace, joy, freedom, light, love- happiness and truth
but found war, sorrow, captivity-darkness and disappointments
again i found sad countenance and betrayal.
yet i am still searching
forgetting thast all is vanity
in this cruel and unfaithful world
yet i search
searching for what?
remains a big mystery............
