truth or dare- permanant

Contributed by thegirlwithsolittle on Friday, 12th November 2004 @ 07:39:21 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

I dont know how it happened,
only that it did,
and now i have got,
permanant butterflies here,
and the scene plays over and over again in my head,
behind my closed eyes.
All i remember,
is the loud talking and laughing,
amd the game of truth or dare,
and all of a sudden,
you were right there.
i knew it was just a game,
a simple little dare,
but it took me by surprise,
your the reason,
ive got permanant butterflies.
Id like to believe,
that it was really worth somthing,
the look in your eyes,
so playful and blue,
and all of a sudden i knew.
I bet you could tell,
by the look on my face,
i really had no clue,
i never would have known,
the element ofsurprise,
it hadnt been for the game of truth or dare.
But by monday,
you will all have forgotten,
and itll be,
just another memeory,
i keep hidden inside of me.
I cant forget,
the huge smile,
that spread across your face,
but only for a moment,
was it directed at me.
Basically everythings a blur,
except your smile and your eyes,
for they have given me,
permanant butterflies.
