My head and body ache,
I am not sure how much more I can take.
Happiness is a wonderful way of life,
To forget all my agony and strife.
Yet there is a tiny nagging doubt of how long will it last,
Will it disappear like it did in my past?
My newfound life and will to live,
My long forgotten feelings becoming active.
Strange how it is becoming faithful,
Finding joy and fulfilment,
A smile from a certain person and I’m walking on air,
I honestly try not to stare,
But when it is he I cannot but help it,
He is the reason my heart has become relit.
