I hate how everyone concludes
And how Im always wrong
I hate how they always whisper
And say its not about me
I hate how everyone predicts
And never ask whats on my mind
I hate that they say it just has to be this
When really it is nothing like that
I hate how I cant be alone
Youll always by my side
I hate the way you look at me
Like Im a disgrace to society
I hate how hard I try to smile
And nothing spreads across my face
Im to covered in too much madness
Depression you cant see
But Im sorry I cant make you happy
No matter what I do to try

Hello BlackAngel,
So sorry to see and feel your pain, the place you are in is a dark, angry, lonely place. I only hope you don't linger there too long.
Depression really sucks, I've suffered with it to varying degrees for most of my life. It always seems to be lying just below the surface and every now and then it raises it's ugly head and grabs me.
Thanks for sharing these thoughts.

I agree with Fwog it is a dark
and lonely place as i have dealt
with feeling this way most of my
life, It will definately creep up on
you when you least expect it to

Wow, I liked this very much. I loved the lines, "I hate how I can't be alone, You'll always be by my side." My mom is always worrying that I will cut and stays home so I wont, but she doesnt realize it just makes me feel worse. The one thing I dont like is the date you submitted it and how there are no more newer poems from you! Come on submit some more!!!!!! lol
