You say you understand me
That you know just how I feel
You say that my sorrow
Is something too unreal
You say that you know exactly
What Im going through
And that the reason that I cut
Is just something that I do
And you say you take the time
To listen to what I say
But can your really listen
When my words just fade away
And you say you truly know me
How I feel and how I think
But have you come to realize
Into darkness I will sink
And have you noticed yet
That youve caused me so much pain
And youre the cause behind
Why my veins are being drained
Have you come to realize
It is you that makes me cry
And now do you realize
Because of you I wish to die

| Ahh... at first I thought that you were aiming the poem at ME... but we already went through that lol. i've felt like that before, and its so frustrating and it makes me feel so arghh! and the weird thing is, it's a lot worse than having someone just be like 'sorry i don't know what you're going through' and not really want to talk about your problems... you know? okay, anyways, great write! |
