Dear God, I Will Live This Nevermore.

Contributed by TwEeK on Wednesday, 17th November 2004 @ 06:23:02 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

a zombie i am, for the walking dead is who i be
lingering sadness and the futile depth of my soul

take me from this horrible time of depression and sin
pull me from this evilness that breaths within me

it feeds off my soul,
feasting off my dark thoughts

so hold this gun, to my head
and wait for the solaice

Dear God, why me?
what have i done wrong? what have i done to deserve this early death?

feel your touch, Nevermore.
to witness the bright glow of day.

for peace to return my tormented soul
for my tortured body to lay at rest

now please, don't look at me like that
this is my decision my choice.

i was over denided of my entrance to passion
i am never to be complete

my fate sealed with this single resounding shot
my restless soul to stir no more, and the din of voice's never to be heard again.

Dear God,
I am to live this life, Nevermore.
