silently scrying in pain
from the bruises in vain
"you don't matter to me"
their daughter they couldn't see
the blood slowly dripping off her back
making her insides withered and black
all her life is silent pain
abuse, constant use, and nothing to gain
she tells lies about the bruises she takes
and hides behind the smiles she fakes
she waits for the blood to take her away
because she never wanted to stay
her eyes tell her sad story
of her life, so gloom and gory
everynight she cuts out a piece of her soul
leaving in its place a gaping hole
she hides behind all the lies
her secret disgusied
held deep within her heart
as she silently falls apart

very powerful and sad.. this is an awesome write.. I hope you feel better .. stay strong I know its hard but you will get through this..
