Will I ever truly feel
The emotions most claim to be real
Or am I cursed to forever dwell
Within the flames of my own hell
Never knowing how to feel or think
Leaving me to further sink
Into an empty lifeless void
Where all emotions have been devoid
And deep within my bitter heart
All sentiments have broken apart
Ive now become a frigid soul
All happiness I have ever known
Is forever gone from my short reach
My walls are what you hope to breach
Yet when the walls come crashing down
What you hope for wont be found
Youll find I am a barren being
And emotion Im no longer fleeing
But apathy has seized control
Its already begun to take its toll
The empty feeling shall never succumb
Nothing is what Ive become

| hey i feel that way,like its not even a feeling at all,i cut to feel but that was a bad idea cuz now i cut when i dont wanna feel anymore,i like this poem it relates to what im going through,it always feels better when [people listen] i hope that you soon find your doorway to eternal happiness,love and peace |

Very sad but written well.
Yes, I've had these feelings more than once in my life actually probably more than I could count.
Hang tuff as with time u will feel better.

| Right now I feel like that. i feel like I could care less if anyone actually cared about me let alone loved me! Pretty much I feel like this every day. Great poem! |
