It's a Pity I'm Not Dead

I lie on the floor my head hurts
I've lost all hope of breathing
I'm broken again my world is blurry
I touch my head it's bleeding
The doors are closed the windows are shut
The light refuses to come in
And I don't blame it my life sucks
I'm going to try it again
My first attempt backfired as usual
I ended up passing out
And here I lie on the hard cold floor
Watching my blood leak out
I want to die I've tried many times
Every attempt has failed
Or maybe I'm just a coward one wiht no backbone
Maybe the fear has me impaled
Slowly I sit up and begin to look around
And try to clear my head
People come into focus I'm not alone after all
I'm picked up and thrown on the bed
A question is asked and I turn around
I start to pound him in the head
But I keep my cool and slowly I answer
"It's a pity I'm not dead"
