remeber way back when, we were both young,
when it was wrong for me to love you, because of age,
six years kept you and I apart,
no matter what it did to this young heart,
but no matter how they would try,
the one they had to pry from your arms, that was me,
remember the day we all decieded to play,
we played touch football, as innocent as it did seem
it was just a way for us to be close,
i remember how it hurt when you tackled me to the ground,
surprised was i when i found,
when i found it was just to steal a kiss,
after all we were on the same team,
i could not hide how my eyes did gleam.
you were my secret, you were my friend,
silly how they thought it should end,
well one day they pushed me away,
from my home, from my life, from you,
it broke my heart,
slowly my life fell apart,
i came to learn that you had moved on,
and deep in my heart there was an old memory,
of you and your silly smile,
as time passed both our lives changed,
now after all we knew had been rearranged,
we found eachother once again,
but still the best memories come from deep within,
for one more time it was your arms i was in

This is so romantic, i remember my first love very well and it was just nice to feel it in your poem.
