seal my lips with a kiss, and watch me drift away, my eye turns blind, my shouilder cold, you turn your back and walk alone, i can see you wither and crumble, your sweet, gentle heart breaks in the clutches of taboo, your pride tarnishes beneath your feet, i see a reluctant tear soaring to the edge, but you stem the flow with a thought, "il come back again, il try tommorow" but its not that easy my sweet, its not that easy my rose, tommorow may seem a brighter day, but inside i am bitter to the marrow
never can i let you come closer, never can you be part of my life, i know deep down my heart beats warmer for you, but only as a friend could you ever be seen, in my head your childish rounded face occurs, but i cannot purify my soul with guilt, and i cannot live with pain, so i runaway with a thought of failure, if only things were different, if only your heart wasnt in this place, your the kindest boy i know, and i admit i love you beneath the surface, but only intentionly, inside you are like my best friend, the kind of love i wish i could have with any friend, but all i have is you, and i must choose you, and never push you away, if only you could understand that tomorow will be the same as yesterday

Platonic?
"in my head your childish rounded face occurs,"
Interesting use of words.
Keep writing. |
