well i'm under.
is it any wonder you couldn't hear it
a heartfelt fashion makes another lyric
while all these chasm echoes fade
the leaps and bounds sound my stay
yes i can afford to
at times it makes me hopeful
no i won't forget to
i'm not all that so forgetful
for once i'd like some sense of honesty
but then that's something of uncertainty
there's much more to the story than that
this can't end this let that be that
that's where i am
my word is gold
i mean as well
and i told you so
don't wonder when
just when i'll pen
all still the same
now so you know...
well i'm done.
now what's begun is about to come next
a sincerity lapse another second best
but that goes well for my favor
again in the end is a new flavor
so savor the moment
the ride could soon be ending
remember what you spent
that never meant pretending
i know this comes across all still the same
the story theme never seems to change
i won't fail to bring a new reinvention
you know i'd never fail to mention
that's where i am
my word is old
i mean so well
and i told you no
don't wonder when
if i'll come again
all just as strange
yes now you know...
this could be the best last first and only
and the worst new twin seems just a memory
how many times to say the same thing
one new line to see what the day brings
don't wonder in a blunder i'm on it
it takes some time but i'm on it.
(on ocassion i have lots to do and little to say,
then get requests to not quit writing. i haven't.)
