you were there for me when i needed you,
your kindly words meant the world to me,
you held me tight when i thought i would fall,
you cared so much when everybody else didnt want to know,
at my lowest points you knew what to do,
(for you'd already been there)
you saw me hurting, and made it better,
you saw the suffereing and did the right thing,
when i thought it all wasn't worth it,
you showed me it was,
how loved i was, how people cared, you taught me that.
i thought i was all alone but you were there when i needed you most.
when things got to much,
the sound of your voice calmed me,
when i couldnt deal with it, your gentle hand wiped away my tears,
i survived this because of you,
because you never said goodbye and turned your back,
please dont ever leave me,
i love you for you were the only one who believed in (+ trusted) me
and i want to say thank you,
thank you for pulling me through,
only now i realise it,
only now i feel how much i love you,
you are my best friend, my lover, my soul,
thank you
