The autumn leaves
Fall on the ground
Barely making a sound
I feel such ease
At this time of year
Just as long as you are near
I don't want to feel
The winter's bitter cold
I don't want to see
The winter's cruel white snow
Springtime flowers
Are too bright
Even throughout the night
The midnight tower
Upon the hill
Tear it down, that I will
Summer come
Way too fast
And way too forceful
The only season
I remotely grasp
Is the season of fall
