There's a growth on your world
Eating it all up
Consuming more than creating
And it will never stop
There's a fat man on your block
With his big fat wife
And his four fat children
They're going to take your life
There's a leak in our well
And the black stuff's pouring out
Most travels to America
You know what that 's about
There's a growth on your world
And it's never going to stop
As consumers are just made hungry
For their next shop
There's a GREEN WORLD turning GREY
Day to polluting day
Listen to the politicians
What do you think they say?
'What we need is more growth.'
'It's the solution to all this.'
And for how man years...?
It's just a load of p*ss
Because there's a growth on your world
Eating it all up
Consuming more than creating
And it will never stop
