Topic: oops

Running through never ending nothingness
I hear your voice calling to me
I don't know who you are
You are calling to me for help

I can't find you
Your cries getting louder
As time passes
More pain in your voice now
You are screaming

I'm trying my hardest to find you
You sound so helpless
Out there in the emptyness all alone
I am running faster and faster
Trying to save you in time

I don't know where to look anymore
Just when I am about to give up
I find myself looking in a puddle
Staring at my own reflection

I was looking for something that was not there
Searching for someone to save
When I was the one that needed help all along
The cries from within overwhelming me
I tried to make it out to be someone elses screams

I was lost and calling out for someone to find me
I found myself
I was struggling and needing someone to help me
I helped myself
I was hurting and needed to be saved
I saved myself
