Take a look into my heart,
and you'd think I'm fine.
I am that type.
I cover things so that I don't look weak,
so that I don't get hurt.
I am labeled strong and carefree,
with a heart full of confidence,
and my head on straight.
But each day I'm driftin farther and farther from that,
and into a burnig pit.
The pain is to deep to see.
If you don't know what to look for.
I'm dragging you in,
you'd better hold tight and not get lost,
you may not come out if you see the truth.
I'm helpless and unworthy and need someone to help me find my way,
to my own true happiness,that happiness I found in you.

I know that feeling all to well. I always have felt that way, and no one EVER knows. I always kept it in and then used poetry to get them out. I thought I was the only one and that no one understood...Till I came here. This site is full of people like me. It is a VERY good poem. TTYL
