I lay in my bed, and toss and turn.
Just a little help is all I yearn.
But I'm too independent, to ask for something so foolish.
So my tears are silent, never to be heard...
My tears are silent, never spoken a word.
Because to ask for help is admitting I'm weak, I alone can defeate myself If I try.
But life seems to questionable...so I'd rather die.

Really good. I can relate to this alot .why bother letting every one know your weaknesses right? They just use that against you. excellent write.
