i am moving in slow mation
my feelings are weighing me down
i see quick sand
it's sucking me under
a car goes by
i reach for the driver
he looks right through me
i realize
no one can help
i must help myself
i look up at the sky
i start to rise
my body is visible
i had a revelation
a transformation of the soul
my problems have lifted
no qucik sand
quick sand no more
