I remember

He was only 14
the day he passed away
I remember when they told me
there were no other words to say.
I remember how we loved him
until the day of his death,
and how we all stood beside him
as he took his final breath.
i remember the look in his mothers eyes,
as he laid there motion less.
I remember when she said " i love you"
and gave him one last kiss.
I remember at the cemetary
everyone stood around
and watched silently
as they laid him in the ground.
I remember ive never seen
anyone cry so much before,
and how i wont get
to see his smile anymore.
I remember on that day
everyones heart was tore
he was born in 1990
and died in 2004.
