As I sat there sitting lonely
On my computer I typed
Turned around and looked at you
But you were caught up in the tv
How come you don't pay even a little attention to me
A few words would break the silence
And bring you back to reality
But I don't want to be the one
Who always has to make small talk
So I just go back to what I have been doing all along
Lost in the computer wishing I could stay
Maybe that would make you care
But I know there is no hope
So I won't even try
Back to my computer
Where I tell you goodbye
