This lake its dephs are shallow now compared to what once was thought deep and instead of the rapid rythem this lake has fallen asleep i throw a stone in only to hear it rattle among the dust this lake is so wasted compared to what once was the weed at the bottom makes the lake look dirty green where's the clear blue i use to see? this lake what it once was what it is this lake full of shopping trolleys has become the local tip

aww this was really sad, lakes are supposed to be such beautiful and clean things, but once tainted with rubbish can be quite horrible places, very well written,

Reminds me of where I live. A desert that should be beautiful. Joshua trees, cactus..lovely sunsets..rusted refrigerators, trash, soiled diapers..old junked cars..I hate it. And it's all because people won't pay $16. to use the dump.. Great write!!!! |
