I never have to cross over now
Because it feels like heaven there by your side
I feel like I am one with you bound eternally with your soul
I never want to leave you if I did I would never care about anyone the same
I would never dream again
Never feel whole again
Never be bound to anyone
Never love to this extent
Never let my feelings vent
You are more than everything I want in life
And I do want you so
So much it almost hurts sometimes more than I can bear
But I can keep going on knowing you are there
I want to feel your every part
Taking life in this world from your heart
Needing you to survive needing you to stay alive
This is the only time I have ever felt whole
It is my heart what you stole
When fist your eyes gazed upon me
When fist you let me see
All the magic in your eyes
When first you showed your wings to me
Let me see mine and that we could fly
To make a haven in the sky
The reason you picked me I still wonder why
Now that I have you in my life I never have to try
Try and hope for a better tomorrow
Try and put up with all the sorrow
Find some other feeling I can borrow
Wake up alone in the morrow
Because I have you by my side
I feel I never have to again hide
Who I am from this world
From this sad and lonely world
I never have to hope or want again
I feel now like I am never spent
I know now that we were meant to me more than friends
Never will I feel broken or bent
Never feel like I my heart wont mend
Never feel like I have to go against the current

You are a wonderful writer and this is an equally good poem/song.
It had me gripped and i loved the flow of every single word!

| fantastic write. yes, you cant leave, who else will read my poetry? =] and there isnt another poet that can match your talent on this site, so why leave with your shoes unfilled? plus i dont think the smell would be lovely... |
