i am a weak thread trying to hold myself together,
it won't be much longer before the scythe of death is near.
your love has served as a life-binding tether,
but the look on your face, when you shed that first tear.
i realized that i had to let you go, you deserved more,
and so i lead myself to the the blade, and sighed.
before i left, i made sure that you shut the door,
with that last click, one last look back, then i died.
