Theres not one path in life for us both to follow,
Though it would be easier that way, I know,
The paths of school work and play,
Change year after year, day after day
But theses paths, theyre only guidelines
That change during and over time
For it is time that changes us everyday
During our work school or play
But when time changes something do precious to us
Too keep it and save it we must
Though things have change
Our friendship can stay the same
No matter where you are
Im always going to be your shining star
