The throbbing of my ragged heart Will not subside I was lead to believe everything Was going according to plan Suppose the second I blinked You changed your loves path
I had no scheme in what to do with myself As far as I knew You were my paramount Hopes and imaginings weaken I cant face this day Mend my broken heart
Your tone burnt to the ground Stumbling to say a few terms Nothing is the same Oh how you damaged me From such lies you believed Betraying me
Sick to my stomach No more tears to snivel I hardly know you You portrayed the worst of you Bringing me to my knees Tell me this is madness
Madness Yes, so it may seem I dont know where to go What to say, at the end of this day My slow crawl Is keeping me away from you
Betrayed My plan ends a war with me There is nothing left to steal You should be proud Isnt it strange How time will not support my truth
Smiles stand still on your face But its not too late for me Now its gone, can we start again, start anew Will it follow us back down Can it go through life without a frown A distance, a well worn path
Dont accept the blame I would not complain Cause Im sure it wasnt your own fault That you never mad it out your vault Just unlock the door and find some time To refine yourself
Im giving you my last straw The shortest one of all You gave me the greatest gift of all You set me free You gave me your own amends Another life to keep
Lets make this a happy ending Keep my by your side Standing within your eyes I have made second plans Bigger and better then the previous And I plan to keep them
