My tears are nothing
Just the blood that runs through my heart
My words are not important
For I shall keep my mouth closed
Swallowing each thought
To never be ejected through the bottom
I shall be silent
Not speaking my opinions
Not stating when things are wrong
For you will just say that I am wrong
So my words will all be swallowed
Kept within me
Until my tears begin to fall

There are times when we need to swallow our words, BUT there are others when we so desperately need to speak up and be heard. Awesome write about being closed lipped in hopes of easing the pain. I've got several of those shirts and seemingly keep on collecting them.
