Her eyes were gone,
Her cheeks no longer red,
Her hair falling out,
Her souless body . . .
Dead.

No hope remaining,
His mind full of shock,
His lovely bride,
His beautiful bride . . .
Dead.
Her lifeless body,
His living tears,
His heart yearning,
For her that was lost . . .
Dead.
His trusty dagger,
Its sharpened blade,
His knife through his heart,
His body on hers . . .
Dead.
A mourning lover,
An untimely end,
Him wanting her,
Now together forever . . .
Dead.
