Topic: Grief

it's all in my head
where do these angels go when they're taken
Someone must understand God's will

she was a shining child
so beautiful
her mother used to dance in my room
as we grew

now she's been taken
and I cannot picture this ending
please send me some comfort
send me a reason

what are we to learn from this
how do we step back from the tragedy
and accept
let alone forgive

I sent her my love
little childless mother
she must cry as her child did
wounded down to the core
an infants wail from a young woman
the pain of losing everything you dreamed of

tears from my eyes
will meet with the river
flowing from our family
God tell me why
