How heavy does this burden have to be
That is weighing upon my chest...
It is as if some great beast
Lies upon my breast...
Far too many nights have passed along
Without glancing at ecstasy's door...
Since the day you left me
I cry out for things to be the way they were before...
I would love to be a drop of your blood
Pulsing through your veins
Then you could see for yourself
My love for you that still remains...
And you would know one other thing
As I flowed through your heart
You would understand for sure My Love
That we should never part...
