She laid there peacefully as the Moon shined down, creating dancing shadows as the wind did blow.
Her fingers were curled slightly, as she slept there in the ground. A shallow grave, a place for her to call home now.
The bruises on her neck reveal the manner of death. So do the bluish shaded lips ...
Frozen tears tain her cheeks.
