My poems, My Words of my soul
Emotions are taking their toll
Feelings and words for release
My thoughts written down, for peace.

To write down the way that I feel
To share it with words that are real
Escaping the pressures inside
My Words, to swallow my pride.

I feel its my way to let go
My Words, are the way that I know
Expressing all I have in me
My heart, for the whole world to see.

For times when Im feeling the need
My Words, are the wisdom I bleed
To ease the emotional stress
To search for my happiness.

My Words, are straight from my heart
My poems, are only a part
My Words, will continue to flow
Its one way, Ive learned I can go.
