I fell in love with a ghost

He pulled down every book from the shelves that time created, and read from these pages. Not of people but of places and things he spoke of, as I lay falling in his warmth. Matter seeps into it's own reality for there are no more walls to keep us bound in this plane. We moved through each other from here to there and once more, again. No poetry can take from my heart what I held in my arms, only spells and incantations. He is not dead but perhaps only the time, buried now in the day to day, and I have only to recall that moment like a ghost in the hall.
