I dream of a world
A world I once knew
So calm and serene
With surprise I had withdrew
It was only in my mind
A remnant of what was
I yearn for what is lost
That which all reminiscing does
This world helped me flourish
Helped me grow what I was to be
It helped me spread my wings and fly
So simple and carefree
I long for that time
When all my thoughts were strong
United in a single bond
My mind could make no wrong
But my ill-thought will had had its ways
Had set my thoughts to bend
And in my mind a rift was made
Bringing this world to its hasty end
