Underneath her painted face
Lived a girl
In a sad & dark place
She lied all the time
and cried in the night
but when the day comes
shes ready to fight
she hides all the pain
and plays her game
thinking of nothing
as she treads closer
to being insane
so easy to run away from it all
so easy to ruin something built so tall
she wasnt always like this
she was happy and sweet
but that was before
she met the girl across the street
she thought she knew her
and told her all
not knowing
that soon
that friendship would fall
she never thought it could turn so bad
never thought that girl could take away all she had

| i really like this poem... its really good but your rhymeing is kinda messy but other then that its a really great poem.. the way u said everything happened step by step and showed emotion its good |
