Sprawling grey asphalt consuming asphalt chasing despair and insanity
Monday in Seattle on the 74 heading north- anticipation is left in the jaws of hopelessness like carrion
Lavender does not bloom here there is no hopeful familiarity
But yes, crazy is for sale as long as you have a buck fifty
Where is the warmth that once kissed its emerald face?
Going home now on the 74 talkin trash and buying crazy for only a buck fity.

Yep, this about explains it. Mind you, I don't live there and never plan to, but i've been there a few times. the lines
"anticipation is left
in the jaws of hopelessness
like carrion"
are awsome. Nice rythem and repetition as well. |
