I swore I had it all figured out
I had every foot step planned
That is until you reached out for me
And took 'hold of my hand.
Confusion now resides
In my peaceful state of mind.
Like a rose petal in the sky
No one has ever been so kind.
I think back upon
The time I've wasted
This guilty pleasure
Is like nothing I've tasted.
Living my life;
Desperately leaving a trail
At this time I turn to God
Because I know he'll never fail.
Thinking back upon your words
I don't know how to feel.
I'm so afraid
That maybe this is real.

i couldn't explain better the similar feelings I've acquired as of late. That was a beautiful poem. Keep it up.
