Prince Charming

Topic: LovePoetry

In you; I think I have found my Prince Charming
It happened so fast it was quite alarming
The one day I wasn't looking, there you were
How could something like this occur
A friend is what I was in search of
But instead I found my truelove
Love is not what I was looking for that day
And I did not fall for you right away
There were some serious problems to
Which first had to be seen too
In order to love again
I had to have faith in me again
Most of my problems, you helped me through
That's when I started loving you
I thought it would be something to be short lived
But a year and a half later it's still here, and I'm relieved
Deep down I always knew you were the one for me
I think of telling you how I feel, daily
Courage, is something I have very little of
Confidence, is something I'm in need of
Very soon I'll be telling you
Of all the love I carry for you
What has happened to me is so alarming
In you; I have found my Prince Charming

Hey Candice,
He is going to realise just what a lucky so-and-so he is to have you feeling such love for him. Isn't he?
Excellent write again, I do wish I had someone with feelings like this for me again! Or perhaps I may have but she is even shyer than me! This would be unlikely but nice to feel once more!!

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, He is goind to realize this one day. I swear he is. The only problem is I always talk about other things with him and never get the courage to say anything about how I feel until he has got to leave. Hopefullly I'll finally get the nerve to tell him when he had no where to go.
And you never know what other's feel about you. I suspect that he may feel the same way about me. but one reason I've not told him how I feel is that I can't be sure that he feels the same. I would really hate for him to turn me away after I have cinfessed my feelings for him.

I know exactly what you mean Candice.
The feeling of them about to leave, again, almost has you saying everything at once. But you still don't because of putting yourself under such pressure to do so that you feel you're likely to get it all jumbled up, thus giving the wrong impression and not allowing for the responce you're looking for!
But Candice, the time will be right one day or night soon. It will!!
The problem with me is, that I'm so busy thinking about what I want to say that I end up talking about uninteresting rubbish, or not talking at all! Which is worse!!
People always say 'you'll never know until you ask', but this is easier said than done when confidence isn't here!

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, I completely agree that it is easier said than done. One of my bestfriends emails me almost every day to ask if I have told him yet, she tries to help the best she can because she has been there before, but I still find it hard no matter how much advise that I get.

I sometimes think that well intended advise can add unhelpful pressure to the predicament, because it sounds as though these things are so easy for others! So why aren't they for me? Is there something wrong with me?
When all you need is your own good time to let things just happen as they will!
So all I can offer as sort of advise, is that I'm a guy and I suffer exactly the same quandries in my life too! We know what the answers are, but.....

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, actually it is good to know that guys suffer the same as me. Many times I have wonder about that, because I have seen guys around me get the girls they want with hardly any effort at all or so it seems.

That's funny Candice, because I always see women around me getting the guys they want without having to try at all?? It always seems to be so much easier for women to do this!
But going on what you say, then it probably evens itself out I guess.

Not that it's nice to know someone else is struggling with these feeling expressions, but it is kinda comforting to know it's not just me!

I've got to go to bed again now Candice, it's 3.50am and I've a busy day tomorrow again!!

So good night to you, and I hope to achieve some similar dreams as you have! Have good ones.

With love and till next time
Dean;-)

Dean, it is comforting to know that I'm not the only one.
It is 11pm here and i am going off to bed because I am rather tired and don't know why. So goodnight and sweetdreams.
