The grand decline (act 2)

Contributed by plous on Monday, 2nd December 2002 @ 10:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

The critical empire,
Built upon cruel death,
Trances within torture,
Smiles only reveal lies,

Prisons full of the poor,
Blood and gut splash,
A face full of a smile,

They sell their children,
Ritual orgy,
Giant screaming war machines,
Tearing metal,
Spaling,
Slaves desire,
The evil empire,
Transcends the polluted skies higher and higher,

With mass growth of mans sects,
Crude cultures clash for meager things,
Products, sick minds,
They all fight for the top, relentless,

Advance only the art of death, deceit,
Oh the people who are right,
This is all that matters,
The world destroyed,
Lost to the Vain,

No bound to pure destruction,
Carnal rage based of function,
False laughter backs every turn,
Live videotaped lies,
Poison food for the mass,
Birth defects and Mass genocide,

People hoard,
Spit upon one another,
Climbing to demise,
The meek shall inherit this world,

Respect giving to gold plated heroes,
Without question, commercial,
The good life of bad water,
Without care, understanding, we move forward,
Lost to our addictions, our vices,

Inner wants controlled,
Flaw, complexity contained in simple plan,
Locked inside himself screams man,

Molting metal and paid soldiers rush,
In others homes with plans to crush,
The smoke of bodies collected in their eyes,

Crawling minds and slug bait,
Wait for it to get better,
With barcodes burnt into thy necks,

It all becomes an assembly line doom,
Law designed to guard money,
Polish and run lies in televisions loom,

As the snake spirals to block the sun,
The sands become hot coals, living, consuming oven, engine of demise,

The bands gather to give praise, great beast of hate, Creation of destruction, allowed and alive for all to see,

hiya:) also previously read part one; this so reminds me of 'escape from new york'ish style... yet not exactly... more makes me want to say that we are the only animals who do this; with exception to lemmings of course! great write..
