She looks around The place is empty The knife she holds It's getting heavier
She has no one who cares No one with who she can share Her feelings, her pain This truth is driving her insane
She looks at the knife again Bringing it close to her skin It's almost touching her In this battle she can't win
She looks around again Till she sees a picture Her parents laughing She sits between them
She gets angry at herself One last look at the knife Before she throws it far away She doesn't want to die

This poem is awsome! It makes people realize some people are lucky and able to be pulled out of the feeling before doing it. Such as her, when she saw the picture, she realized she didn't want to die, she had peopel that cared. |
