You've shown me love at its fullest
With all your jealousy, unreasonable claims and so many rules
You cry after you bring me down
Trying to make me feel bad for being the one who's hurt
I realize now you're the only fire from which I got burnt
Cause never before have I been so lost
So eager to leave at any cost
You've taught me it's ok to be broken
As long as I don't show it to the world
And instead of hearing me out
You played the victim when I was the one who's heart was sold
I did not know any better than to trust my love
Now look where it's lead me
When you're supposed to be the stronger one,
to show me the way,
to lead as long as I want to follow
Never I did ask to be pushed around
To be confused after another trick you use
to turn everyone on your side and away from me
I wish you never made it as if I owe you all I achieved in my life
Cause then I would've gladly shared
But now I'm so tired, I'm ready to give it all up to you
Just so I can go
And lay down below untill
you lose me out of your sight
And I can start under a new light
which is mine alone
Why could you never be real around me
You had to hide your heart
So I grew up never knowing what to expect
When your breakdown will end
or get ready for it before it could start
And if you want an apology
I'll give you one
But don't wait for it to be meant
It never will be
