Im walking alone

Contributed by loopylou on Thursday, 6th January 2005 @ 03:00:29 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

The world spins and cackles
its just anouther stride on the road now
as my dizzy eyes spin along the ground
Kiss chase has left me cheated and alone
and i no longer feel safe in my small exsistance
i ask myself frantic questions
"why wasnt i enough?"
but as i accept the awnsers the tears seem to choke me
and it feels like breathing is task
as i walk i hear my heart rattle in my tin body
so bruised but no longer fragile
as hopes and dreams are stolen
my mind cannot be mislead
and i sigh with every breath i take
knowing my spirit is broken
and with every step away from you i take
im burrying it into the ground
my bones ache and my eyes are red
with the silent crying iv done for so long
madness would be a relife
and ignorance would be bliss
just to wipe my mind
and start somwhere new
but memories that are usless and old to you
still taunt me
and the day is much darker
when the horizen is black
I dont understand so much
Im walking alone
my thoughts are settled with you
