Day After Day

Contributed by Tru2Myself on Thursday, 6th January 2005 @ 04:20:55 PM in AEST
Topic: SecretLove

In the back of the classroom you sit
Black hair over your eyes
I don't even know where you're looking
But I am looking at you

CHORUS:
Day after day you do the same thing
Sit at the same desk
and write in that journal you bring
Day after day I see you there
You eat the same lunch at the same table
I just want to talk to you
Day after day after day

You probably don't know my name
But I know yours
Thats all i know
And I want to know more
You seem so interesting
But you are so quiet
How do I get you to talk to me

CHORUS

At lunch you set by yourself
In the booth in that corner
Your music blaring, you write in that journal
I want to just sit beside you and start talking

CHORUS

Maybe someday I'll work up the courage
To start up a conversation
Maybe someday
I can really get to know you
And you can know me

CHORUS

These situations are so hard. Pluck up the courage and take a gamble. You'll rgret the things you dont do more than the things you do sometimes. christopher

of desks and the lunchroom.
That's good stuff.

This is very sincere.
