When i hit the bottom, i thought
There wasn't a place to go
Except for the knife
Almost took my own life
Almost made a horrible decision
Since then, Ive decided to stop
Stop all the self hatred, suicide
Ive realized that the only person
That can cure your depression
Is the very person you try to kill
